These terms govern your use of bilinc.space and Bilinc Cloud (the “Service”), provided by ReARC Labs Inc., a Delaware corporation (“ReARC Labs”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it. A separate written agreement, such as an Enterprise agreement, takes precedence where it applies.
Provide accurate account information and keep your password and API keys confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys, including activity by agents or applications you connect to Bilinc. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
You keep all rights to the memories and other content you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the Service for you. You are responsible for having the rights to submit your content and for how your agents and applications use information they retrieve from Bilinc. You can delete individual memories with the forget function or request deletion of your account or workspace; see our Privacy Policy.
Do not use the Service to break the law or infringe others’ rights; to upload malware or attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts; to circumvent usage limits or security controls; or to resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written permission. Components of Bilinc that are distributed under their own license are governed by that license.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew until canceled. You may cancel at any time through the customer portal; access to paid features continues through the end of the current paid period. We do not provide partial-period refunds except where required by law. Prices and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. We will give you notice before a price change applies to your subscription. Free plans are subject to the usage limits shown on our pricing page.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to the Service, other customers, or third parties; where practical, we will give notice first. You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including those on fees, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, survive.
If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them to improve Bilinc without any obligation to you.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, ReARC Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, and its total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update the Service and these terms. For material changes to these terms, we will give notice by email or on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
