FAQ
Is the PyPI package self-hosted?
No. Bilinc 2.2.0 on PyPI is a cloud-only SDK, CLI, and MCP adapter for hosted Bilinc Cloud. Local storage and private runtime internals are not shipped in the public package.
Is Cloud Free permanent?
Yes. Free is a permanent tier with 2,000 operations per month and no card required. It does not expire, and memory committed on Free is not deleted. Move to Pro, Team, Scale, or Enterprise when monthly usage outgrows it.
What happens to my memory if I stop paying?
It stays. Bilinc does not delete committed memory when a plan lapses or an account returns to Free. Writes pause when included operations run out, while recall keeps working so your state stays reachable.
Is live billing enabled today?
Yes for Cloud account owners and admins on Pro and Team. Checkout starts from the authenticated billing console, while Stripe remains subscription sync rather than the runtime source of truth.
Can a team start without a card?
Yes. New Cloud accounts start on the free tier with no card and no expiry, then move to Pro, Team, Scale, or Enterprise depending on usage and support needs.
