This page describes how ReARC Labs handles personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for visitors to the Bilinc public website and Bilinc Cloud account holders.
ReARC Labs is the data controller for personal data collected through bilinc.space, including inquiry form submissions and Bilinc Cloud account records (email, organization, workspace, and billing metadata).
We process account data to perform the Bilinc Cloud contract you enter into by signing up (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and inquiry data based on your consent when you submit a contact form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Billing data required by law is processed under legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Under GDPR you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or export of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us through the support page with the privacy topic to exercise any of these rights.
Account and billing records are retained for as long as your Bilinc Cloud account is active plus the period required by applicable tax and accounting law. Inquiry form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond and are not used for unrelated purposes.
Bilinc Cloud infrastructure and processors (including hosting and payment providers such as Stripe) may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where this occurs, transfers rely on the processors’ own standard contractual safeguards.
For GDPR requests or questions, use the support page with the privacy topic. Do not include credentials or production secrets in the request.
