Scope
This notice supplements our Privacy Policy for people in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. The Privacy Policy describes what we collect, how we use and share it, and how long we keep it.
Controller
ReARC Labs Inc., 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States, is the controller for account, billing, and website information. When an organization uses Bilinc Cloud, that organization controls the content its members submit to its workspaces, and we process that content on its behalf.
Legal bases
We process personal information to perform our contract with you and provide Bilinc Cloud; to comply with legal obligations, such as keeping accounting and tax records; and on the basis of our legitimate interests in securing the service, preventing abuse, and understanding in aggregate how Bilinc is used. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
International transfers
Personal information may be processed in the United States and other countries. For these transfers, we rely on our providers’ data processing terms, including Standard Contractual Clauses or other recognized safeguards where applicable.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, request a copy of it in a portable format, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Email bilincsupport@rearclabs.com with the subject “Privacy request”. Members of a Bilinc Cloud workspace can also download the memory stored in that workspace from the dashboard as a machine-readable JSON file. The file contains the workspace’s memory entries only, not account or billing records or change history. This is in addition to, and does not replace, a request by email. Very large workspaces may be exported in part; the file states when it is incomplete, and you can email us for a complete copy. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
