Bilinc and Bilinc Cloud are provided by ReARC Labs Inc., a Delaware corporation (“ReARC Labs”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit bilinc.space, create an account, or use Bilinc Cloud. When an organization uses Bilinc Cloud, it controls the content its members submit to its workspaces, and we process that content on its behalf.
Account information, such as your email address and workspace and project details. Content you submit to Bilinc Cloud, such as memory entries and their metadata. Credentials and security information, such as API-key identifiers; API keys themselves are stored only in hashed form. Usage and device information, such as the features and API endpoints you use, request records, and approximate network information needed for security. Billing information, such as your plan and subscription status; payment card details are collected and processed by our payment processor, not stored by us. Communications you send to us, such as support requests.
We use personal information to provide, operate, and maintain Bilinc Cloud; to authenticate users and secure accounts; to process subscriptions and payments; to respond to support requests and send service-related messages; to monitor, protect, and troubleshoot the service and prevent abuse; to understand in aggregate how Bilinc is used so we can improve it; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
We share personal information only as needed to run Bilinc: with service providers that host, secure, and deliver the service, process payments, and send email on our behalf, under contracts that limit their use of the data; with professional advisers; when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and others; in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; and with your consent or at your direction. The service providers we use are listed on our Subprocessors page.
We keep account information for as long as your account is active. Content remains until you delete it with the forget function or close your account or workspace. We complete account and workspace deletion requests within 30 days, including removal from backups. We keep billing records for the period required by tax and accounting law, and security and operational logs for a limited period, generally no longer than 30 days.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access controls, and hashed API keys. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please keep your credentials and API keys confidential and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process personal information in the United States and other countries. For personal information from the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, we rely on our providers’ data processing terms, including Standard Contractual Clauses or other recognized safeguards where applicable.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can delete individual memories at any time with the forget function. To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request”; we may need to verify your identity. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Bilinc is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
We may update this policy as Bilinc changes. We will post the updated version on this page with a new date and, for material changes, give notice by email or on the site before they take effect.
