What we use
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Bilinc uses a small number of first-party cookies and similar technologies, grouped by purpose below. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Strictly necessary
These keep you signed in, protect your account, secure authenticated actions, and remember your cookie choice. The service cannot work properly without them, so they cannot be switched off in our systems. They last for your signed-in session or as long as needed for security; your cookie choice is kept for six months.
Measurement
First-party cookies that help us understand, during a single browser session, how visitors find and use Bilinc, such as which page or campaign brought them to the site. We set them only after you accept them in the cookie banner. They expire when you close your browser and are not used to track you across other sites. If you decline, we still count page visits, but without storing anything on your device.
Analytics
When product analytics is enabled, it starts only after you accept measurement, runs without cookies or local storage, and does not record page addresses containing sign-in links or other sensitive parameters. Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views and measures page performance, sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and is not loaded for visitors whose traffic passes through Cloudflare data centers in the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland.
Your choice
You can accept or decline measurement in the cookie banner and change your mind at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Declining removes the measurement cookies. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as declining.
Managing cookies
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from signing in or using Bilinc Cloud.
